Hi Maggie,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but it looks like that your model has problems during optimization, which is frankly very very rare.
We are on it and will come up with a fix for this asap. While we are on it feel free to test some other models or you can use another workflow mode than “Atlas Baking” (eg Preserve UVs)
