I get an error in the first step.
When I insert the file and press optimise, I get an error message saying you need to verify your account. rapid points are shown as 20, do I have to buy a basic or higher plan?
I would like to see how accurate optimise is, is it possible to do this for free?

you should have received an email for verification. You just need to click the link in that email to verify the account.
The notification you got from our system is only relating to this verification, not to any commercial plan. You should be able to continue with the free plan and try out RapidCompact without purchasing anything.

I understand now.
But I don’t seem to have received an email from rapid compact.
It’s not in the trash and I tried with two different email addresses with the same result.
Is this because I am accessing the site outside the US (from Japan)?
